Ingredients :
1 kg local King Shrimp
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoons sesame oil
1 stick celery (diced)
1 nos capcicum (sliced)
1/2 sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon plum sauce
sugar , salt and chicken stock (depend on your taste)
how to made :
*De-vein and peel the Shrimp leaving the tails intact.
*Deep fried the shrimp till dry and remove from the wok.
* Heat wok with oil and soutte (fried) garlic and ginger till
change colour . Add chili sauce , lime juice , sour sauce ,
and all seasoning .
*stir well , add shrimp ,capcicum mixed well .
*heat the wok a few seconds and ready to serve
with white rice.
